• Flagship Surebet Discovery on Golddigger project is located in the prolific Golden Triangle, B.C. near a previously permitted mine site (brownfield) on private property that sits on tide water.
• Surebet Discovery has excellent infrastructure nearby including the previous mining town of Kitsault used as Goliath’s base during the exploration season that sits within a world-class geological setting and geopolitical safe jurisdiction amenable to mining in Canada.
• The Surebet is a new grassroots discovery previously covered by glaciers is a high-grade gold system with 12 vertically stacked veins over 1.2 km over a 1.8 square km area with 92k meters drilled (>300 pierce points) and with assays up to 34.52 g/t AuEq (1.11 oz/T AuEq) Over 39.00 Meters ~true width (system similar to Northern Star’s Pogo Mine in Alaska).
• Surebet drilling in 2024 confirmed 4 feeder dykes that displayed visible gold, as well as molybdenite, bismuth and tellurium mineralization related to a Reduced Intrusion Related Gold System (RIRG) that assayed up to 12 g/t AuEq Over 10 Meters ~true width associated to a Motherlode Intrusive Source. 13 additional dykes will be tested for RIRG in 2025 (Surebet’s much younger than Snowlines Gold’s RIRG Valley deposit in the Yukon).
• 100% drilling hit rate within Surebet’s 1.8 sqkm area with visible gold in 92% of the 36k meters drilled in 2024; as we drill more the system continues to get bigger and still remains wide open.
• Surebet has exceptional metallurgy with a 92.2% gold recovery inclusive of 48.8% free gold from gravity alone at a 327 micron crush; no deleterious elements and no cyanide needed for gold recovery.

Roger Rosmus, Founder, CEO & Director

Mr. Rosmus is the President and Founder of Aberdeen Gould Capital Markets Ltd. that provides corporate advice encompassing strategic and operational strategies to private and public companies in multiple sectors. Mr. Rosmus has over 25 years of investment banking experience in the public sector through Aberdeen Gould Capital Markets a prior Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) and private sector acting as lead on many mergers, acquisitions and corporate financings. He was the President and founder of Aberdeen Gould Inc. where he successfully completed over 30 M&A transactions. Mr. Rosmus has owned and operated several businesses in a wide variety of industries. He holds an MBA from The University of Western Ontario – Richard Ivey School of Business.

What are your key goals for the next 3, 6 and 12 months?

3 Months

Complete exploration and drilling plans for the 2025 season. Mobilize for this years drilling exploration program in May.

6 Months

Drilling will focus on increased drilled pierce points of ~100 meters spacing at the high-grade Bonanza Zone that had up to >1 oz/T AuEq over 39 meters ~true width. Expand on the known high-grade gold mineralized system as it remains wide open. Follow up on the Surebet drilling in 2024 that confirmed 4 feeder dykes that displayed visible gold, as well as molybdenite, bismuth and tellurium mineralization related to a Reduced Intrusion Related Gold System (RIRG) that assayed up to 12 g/t AuEq Over 10 Meters ~true width associated to a Motherlode Intrusive Source. 13 additional dykes will also be tested for RIRG in 2025 (Surebet’s much younger than Snowlines Gold’s RIRG Valley deposit in the Yukon). Possibly drill into the Motherlode Intrusive Source (RIRG).

12 Months

Complete 2025 exploration and drill program. Interpret assay results and plan exploration program for 2026.

Undervalued based on our new discoveries and potential size if compared to some companies with MCaps >$500M and Goliath at $192M. It is extremely rare that 100% of all holes drilled in 2024 intersected mineralization over a 1.8 square kilometer area, were 92% of 64 holes encountered visible gold and 32% encountered abundant visible gold (4 or more occurences).
